Independent Identities. Shared National Purpose.
The Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs of Emerging India (CWEEI) is a national platform dedicated to advancing women's empowerment and inclusion through entrepreneurship, financial independence, skill development, leadership and equitable access to opportunities.
CWEEI is founded on the belief that women's empowerment cannot be achieved through recognition alone. It requires creating the knowledge, confidence, resources, institutional support and enabling environment that allow women to make independent decisions, participate meaningfully in the economy and build secure futures for themselves and their families.
The Confederation will work with women from rural and tribal communities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, urban areas, economically weaker sections and other underserved groups. It's programmes will be designed to reach women where they live, provide support in regional languages and ensure that opportunities are affordable, accessible and relevant to their social and economic circumstances.
Building comprehensive support systems for sustainable growth.
CWEEI will be education, capacity building and skill development and all these activities will lead to the Financial Inclusion of women
CWEEI will promote women-led entrepreneurship by helping women identify viable business opportunities
Financial empowerment and inclusion will remain one of the Confederation's core priorities. CWEEI will promote financial literacy
CWEEI will promote digital inclusion by enabling women to access digital tools and learn to use online banking, digital payments, e-commerce platforms and government portals.
The Confederation will also work to expand market access for women-led businesses. It will support women in branding, packaging, pricing, digital marketing and e-commerce
CWEEI will provide job-oriented training, connect women with suitable employers and promote home-based, community-based and flexible work opportunities.
CWEEI will promote legal and social awareness by educating women about their property, inheritance, workplace, business and financial rights. It will conduct awareness programmes relating to POSH, domestic violence, cybercrime, workplace discrimination, contracts and employment terms and facilitate access to legal counselling and grievance-support mechanisms.
The Confederation will further advocate for inclusive workplaces where women receive equal pay, fair appraisals, transparent promotion opportunities, maternity support, safe transportation, childcare facilities, flexible working arrangements and meaningful opportunities to return to work after career breaks.
CWEEI will prepare women to participate in company boards, committees, chambers, industry associations, institutions and policy discussions. It will create leadership platforms for women from smaller cities and rural areas and ensure that women's representation is meaningful rather than symbolic.
At the policy and institutional level, CWEEI will conduct research, document barriers faced by women and represent their concerns before government departments, banks, regulators and other institutions.

CWEEI seeks to build an inclusive national ecosystem for women's advancement.
CWEEI is not merely an organisation for women. It is a collective movement to ensure that women are recognised as entrepreneurs, professionals, wealth creators, employers, leaders and equal stakeholders in India's development. When women gain knowledge, opportunity and financial power, families become more secure, communities become more resilient and the nation becomes stronger is the foundation belief of CWEEI !!
The Confederation's ultimate objective is to enable women to move:

Voice, Policy & Representation
CWEEI represents women entrepreneurs who are often under-represented in policy, industry and institutional conversations—especially those from rural, tribal, Tier 2 and Tier 3 communities.
Through research, dialogue and collective platforms, the Confederation works to carry grassroots enterprise realities into national decision-making spaces.
CWEEI seeks to bring these voices together.

CWEEI is committed to outcomes that can be seen in women's lives—skills gained, enterprises started, finance accessed and livelihoods strengthened.
The Confederation will track progress across communities, districts and sectors so that opportunity turns into measurable economic participation.
